• Leadership Training: Equipping leaders to lead thriving local church communities and grassroots church planting.

• Mentoring: Providing pastoral support and guidance to emerging leaders.

• Training for Non-Indigenous Workers: Preparing individuals from diverse backgrounds to serve effectively amoung Indigenous communities by offering essential tools for navigating cultural differences and fostering understanding.

• Entrepreneurial Initiatives: Working towards community development and supportive micro enterprise alongside grassroots church planting.
